BIB AND RACE PACK COLLECTION
The Expo Village in the heart of Pisa
For the 2026 edition of the Pisa Marathon, the beating heart of the event will be the new Expo Village, set up for the first time in Viale Duomo, in a unique and evocative setting right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
This area will be dedicated to runners, sponsors, and visitors, welcoming athletes and enthusiasts in the days leading up to the event. A place to meet, have fun, and share experiences, where you can breathe in the marathon atmosphere and feel the city’s energy. A strategic and iconic location, easy to reach and just steps from the finish line, in the heart of one of the most famous places in the world.
Where and when can I collect my bib?
Bib collection will be available:
-
Friday, December 18: Expo Village open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

-
Saturday 19 December (10:00–22:00)
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will bib numbers and race packs be distributed on Sunday, December 20.
To collect your bib, you must bring:
-
Your Confirmation Letter (printed or digital)
-
A valid ID
Confirmation letters can be downloaded from the website starting one week before the race.
You must also check that your registration is VALID (two green “OK” checks).
Check your registration here.
For athletes with irregular registration
FIDAL MEMBERS
FIDAL-registered athletes with IRREGULAR REGISTRATION must regularize their membership status with their club before coming to collect their bib.
Athletes shown as suspended on the FIDAL portal (expired medical certificate) will not be allowed to collect their bib even if they bring a valid medical certificate. Their Club President must regularize their status on the FIDAL portal; only once this is done will the bib be released.
RUNCARD MEMBERS
Runcard-registered athletes with IRREGULAR REGISTRATION must upload a valid competitive athletics medical certificate (valid until 21/12) to the Runcard portal and bring the original certificate when collecting the bib.
IRREGULAR REGISTRATION DUE TO OUTSTANDING BALANCE
Athletes with an irregular registration due to an outstanding balance (not the full entry fee, but a partial amount) who are unable to settle it in advance may pay directly at the Expo Village by queueing at the “irregular registrations” desk.
Can someone else collect my bib for me?
Yes, someone else may collect a bib on behalf of an athlete by completing the AUTHORIZATION FORM included in the confirmation letter, available one week before the race.
The delegate must present:
-
Their own ID
-
A copy of the athlete’s ID
Without the above, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO COLLECT ANOTHER ATHLETE’S BIB, even if the delegate is a club official.
When will I receive my confirmation letter?
The confirmation letter required for bib collection will be available on the website one week before the race.
To view and download it, click on “CHECK REGISTRATION” and enter FIRST NAME – LAST NAME – DATE OF BIRTH. Once in your personal area, you will be able to download the confirmation letter.

The time limit at km 30 is 4 hours and 35 minutes.
All athletes (including Fitwalking participants) passing beyond these times will be asked by officials to stop.
PARKING
We recommend using parking areas slightly farther from the start and finish zones to avoid high prices or restricted traffic areas (ZTL).
At this link you can consult the list of parking areas near the start.

Portable toilets will be located in the Via Cammeo parking area, near the start zone. All participants are kindly asked to use only the designated facilities.
