PHOTO CONTEST INSTAGRAM

Road to Pisa 2019

1. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

The contest wants to stimulate the participation in the “Cetilar Maratona di Pisa 2019” and to involve the athletes through a social contest that increases the media visibility of the race.

2. CONTEST ORGANIZER

The contest is organized and promoted by 1063AD – SSDARL – Via Renato Fucini 49 – 56127 Pisa

Please note that Instagram is the social network used for sharing images. There is any kind of affiliation, sponsorship, and/or relationship between the Company and the platform. Therefore, the rules of Instagram are valid, without any form of derogation.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

The contest is open to everybody without distinction of residence (you can participate from all over the world). Participation is free and open simply by sharing photographs on your Instagram profile. The participants authorize the 1063AD to Repost the photographs of the competition.

4. TIMING

The contest will start on September 1st 2019 and it will end on November 30th 2019.

The contest is divided into three sections with three different expiration dates:

1) Section 1: deadline 30 September 2019

2) Section 2: deadline 31 October 2019

3) Section 3: deadline 30 November 2019

In this time period users will be able to produce and publish the photographic material according to the rules of this regulation.

The Photos uploaded before the opening of the competition will be automatically excluded from the contest.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Enrolment to the competition is free: it isn’t connected to the buying of any kind of goods and/or services.

To take part in the competition, you will need:

1. To have an account on Instagram (with a public profile so that the organization of Cetilar Maratona di Pisa 2019 will view and judge the photos)
2. To publish a photo of your own creation on Instagram from your app profile. The photo must contain the following hashtags:

a) by September 30^th, 2019: #roadtopisa19one

b) by October 31^st, 2019: #roadtopisa19two

c) by November 30^th, 2019: #roadtopIsa19three

3. The three different sections will have the following themes:

First section:              by September 30^th – Warm Up – how and where I training

Second section:         by October 31^st – You sweat and your pain

Third section:            by November 30^th – Quite Ready – my performance

4. It is possible to publish more than one photo with the same hashtag.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

By taking part in the Contest, the authors of the photos confirm the following points:

1 –  to have read these rules;

2 – the uploaded photos are actually of their exclusive property, they were taken and created by themselves;

3 – the photos do not contain obscene, explicitly sexual, violent, offensive and defamatory material and/or, in any way and in any form, contrary to norms of morality;

4 – the photos do not contain any differential treatment on account gender, ethnic and religion;

5 – the photos do not contain political material;

6 – the authors have obtained permission to publish photos where other people appear;

7 – you can only use one personal Instagram account;

8 – Username is not allowed for advertising and/or commercial purpose, as well as vulgar and/or offensive usernames are forbidden; failure to comply with these two obligations will result in the removal of the user. 1063AD is entitled to delete the accounts described;

9 – It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that the publication of the photos does not raise any type of legal dispute, for which, in any case, 1063AD is exempt from any liability;

10 – 1063AD reserves the right to delete the photographs deemed as unsuitable and that do not fulfil the above criteria.

7. PUBLICATIONS

The Winners authorize 1063AD to publish the winning shots on the Cetilar Maratona di Pisa 2019 website and on its social profiles. Copyright of the pictures remain exclusive property of their authors. Authors grant 1063AD the only right to publish the photo as described in this rules.

The winners of the contest accept and authorize the publication of their name, surname, location and prize obtained on the site https://www.maratonadipisa.com/en/ in order to inform and make public the results of the competition.

8. JURY

The jury is made up of: Nicola Ughi, professional Photographer, Sergio Costanzo, Organizer of Maratona di Pisa, Biancamaria Majorana, Communication and Marketing Manager of 1063AD sports club, Giacomo Di Luise, Digital Content Creator and Co- founder of MindBox Studio and Fabio Fiaschi, journalist and director of “Runners e Benessere”.

The evaluation is based on these parameters: creativity, originality and adherence to the theme.

9. PRIZES

The competition is to be considered extraneous to the scope of application of Presidential Decree 430/01 due to the lack of the requirements of article 1, c. 1 and with reference to the provisions of article 6, c1, lett. a, b, c, d, e).

The jury selects for every section of the contest a first place, a second place and a third place for a total of nine photos awarded. I premi sono i seguenti:

The prizes are the following:

1) Publication of the award-winning photos in a graphic work called FAB_NINE, which will serve as a collateral logo for the Cetilar Maratona di Pisa 2019 and will have the shape of a hashtag. The nine winning photos (three for each contest) will fill the nine boxes of the hashtag.

2) A prize in materials related to the running field offered by the competition sponsors .

The winners can collect their prizes on December 14th at the Expo Marathon area at 6.00.

Only the shipping cost will be charged to the user to deliver the prize to the address provided by the user if the winner could not be present at the award ceremony.

Each participant understands and accepts that 1063AD is not responsible for any losses or irregularities that may occur due to interference in the communication or any other kind of error or omission resulting from transportation problems not imputable to 1063AD.

10. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The best three shots will be communicated to the winners at the end of each stage of the contest. prizes will be communicated to the winners at the end of each section of the competition.

The names of the winners will be published on Cetilar Maratona di Pisa web site (https://www.cetilarmaratonadipisa.com), where the graphics of FAB NINE

The names of the winners of each section will be published on the website https://www.cetilarmaratonadipisa.com, where the graphics of the FAB NINE will be gradually composed.

The winning photos will be published both on the web site and on the social channels of Cetilar Maratona of Pisa.

11. ADVERTISING

These rules are published on the website: https://www.maratonadipisa.com and distributed through the Instagram profile and the Facebook page of Cetilar Marathon of Pisa 2019.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The treatment of privacy will be managed:

• for the publication of the photos will be respected the criteria dictated by Instagram;
• for the treatment of data of the winners it’s valid the present regulation at the time of registration to https://www.maratonadipisa.com

13. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the COMPETITION implies acceptance of these regulations.

The non-acceptance means an automatic exclusion from the COMPETITION.
